Save the Date by Sadie Grubor My rating: 4 of 5 stars Aidan is a sexy playboy. Who can get any woman he wants, when he wants. Except when he needs to find one to marry. And he needs to get married soon. Lilli feels she needs to do everything by herself. Going to collage while working two jobs, so she can pay the hospital bills for her sick father. She is witty and very attractive, and Aidan can't help but stare at her whenever she is around. This book had me laughing so much, I love Lilli, especially when she's picking on Aidan. The sexual tension and humor between them both brought a smile to my face over and over. I really enjoyed it. I won't lie I'm  not overly happy with the basically to be continued ending. Desire by Design by Paula Altenburg My rating: 4 of 5 stars *ARC copy from publisher, Entangled Publishing.* 4.5 Stars Expected publication: May 13th 2013 Eve is the project manager for the new city hall, she has worked hard to get where she is. Harder then most being a female in the field without a proper degree. Hoping to get her name out there she is also the designer of the final draft. Or at least she had planed and hoped she would be until Matt Brison enters the scene. Matt, an internationally known architect has been asked by his uncle the major if would come and work on the design plans for the new city hall, hoping he would modernize the building and move Halifax in a more forward direction. Gnome on the Range by Jennifer Zane My rating: 4 of 5 stars Going into this book I was thinking okay quick read that will be silly. *Points to cover, glances at title* And well I was correct. The amount of times I laughed and laughed I can't count, very very humors book. I even snorted, yep that's right I snorted and loudly might I add, because there was so many comical parts. "You got it stuck where?" I got a kick out of all the characters, Goldie especially. Oh and well can not leave out Ty, yummy fire man!!! What I didn't see coming was the nice little mystery involved. Jane, a mom of 2 and widow works at an "adult" store, owned by her mother-in-law, Goldie.. Doesn't have a whole lot of excitement going on in her life, until the day of the garage sale, the day her sons buy those two darn garden gnomes. 4 stars, because it did what it promise it would do and gave me a little bit more. He doesn't trust easily, he's been used many times before and thinks that everyone is out for themselves, wanting what he can do for them and not him for himself. Cowboy Heat by Sable Hunter My rating: 3 of 5 stars Aron is the eldest of the McCoy boys, it's been four since he's been with a woman. He's been burned in the past by his ex-wife and he isn't looking for anything serious, in fact he isn't looking at all. Then he see's Libby standing in his kitchen, and he wants her, he wants her really bad. Libby has leukemia, she's been battling it for years, but good news she is now in remission and wants to go out and live her life for however long she has. She's read many erotic romance novels, and she wants to experience all that she has read, and it's Aron that she wants to do them with. I'm not going to lie at times, lots of times, I found Cowboy Heat to be very cheesy. Painfully cheesy even. I'm not trying to be mean, or bash this book. Cherry On Top by Kathleen Long My rating: 4 of 5 stars I don't normally read straight up contemporary romance, I really liked the humor and sense of mystery that was in this one. Loved the attraction and banter between Cherry and Luke. Gramps was a hoot and a half, I kept on picturing the Fraser's dad for his character. View all my reviews
