My rating: 4 of 5 stars

*Warning slight spoilers*

Blaire is a 19 year old girl who has seen some real pain and loss. But she is strong and will not crumble, she will not let herself even if on the inside the ache is there.

  She is all she has.

After her mothers death, she has to sell her home in order to cover the medical bills that three years of treatment built up. The only family she has is her father, the father she hasn't seen or heard from since he walked out on her and her mother five years ago. Even when her momma was dying there was no word.

With nothing but her old truck, 20 bucks to her name and a gun for protection she has no other choice then to turn to him. When she finally arrives what she gets isn't what she expected.

Rush is a cocky sob with a sweet side, who has issues like all the bad boys in these new adult books. And I can not seem to get enough of them, I've always been attracted to that head tilt, grin, arched eyebrow, smoldering piercing glare.

He does NOT want to be attracted to her, even if he wants to touch her soo bad, but he can't, he shouldn't. There are way too many reason why he shouldn't. There are secrets that he can not share.

Blaire thinks it's because she doesn't belong to that world, to them she's just poor white trash. She doesn't want her attraction either, So why does it hurt so much?

What a great book, I was not expecting that.

That ending, my brain, my heart. I'm just glad I will be reading the next book very very soon, because that ending with out that next book = head pop.

4.5 Stars.
