Sunny Days for Sam by Jennifer Shirk

Sunny Days for SamSunny Days for Sam by Jennifer Shirk
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Sam, is a single father. His children, Emma and Cole, are his world even if doesn't always put them first. A busy man who has a business to run. Wanting to spend more time with his kids decides to take them to the coast for the summer. He doesn't trust easily, he's been used many times before and thinks that everyone is out for themselves, wanting what he can do for them and not him for himself.

Sunny, as cheerful and sweet as her name suggests, will take any job she can to get by and pay off her debt, as well to save to go back to college. After her grandmother got sick, she left school to devote all her time and energy taking care of the one person who was both a mother and father to her. After her death she was left with a huge debt. She doesn't believe in asking for help, even though at a drop of hat she would go out of her way to help others. Still a believer in fairy tales and happily ever after.

I found this book to be a pleasure to read. It's a very cute and light romance. A quick read that I finished in a few hours. Only really complaint I would have is that the book was just a little too short, I would have liked to read more of the characters. I would like to thank Jennifer Shirk for giving me the chance to read and review it.
