The Night Watch (Watch #1) by Sergei Lukyanenko,
The Night Watch by Sergei Lukyanenko
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
This book makes you ask questions and ponder things like, what is truth. It makes you think, while neatly wrapped up in the world of magics, light and dark. Destiny, are all things known, can you change it? Your actions maybe able to bend things, or at least lead you to believe they do when in the grand scheme of things, you are just a mere little player, a pawn.
The Night Watch was a fantastic book, I enjoyed that it was broken down into 3 stories within. But all 3 played an important role to the next. Much like life, we don't just keep going non stop, we take our breaks, we sleep, season change. The things we have done in the past tend to effect the events in the future.
